Daniel left for basic training Monday, May 5. He called me just after midnight that night to say he got to Great Lakes okay. He will be in basic for 8 weeks and his A school in Florida for another 8 weeks before he will be home again.

Wow I can't believe he's actually doing it! I think you'll really enjoy the military Dan and being a part of serving your country! Good luck at boot camp!
